I can’t say enough about Marcia Monte & her expertise in selling homes. I say homes, not houses because of what it means to me, as does to most people. After 20+ years of being in my home, it was time . I had been contemplating selling my home for a year now. twice before Marcia came out put in a lot of her time & energy, I got cold feet & backed out. A year later all it took was one phone call and Marcia we were right back where we started. I have to admit I expected Marcia to be a little hesitant to take me on as a Client for the third time. That was not the case at all. Marcia is very professional, efficient has lots of patience and always a pleasure to work with. Marcia has expertise in her field, I have no doubt it is the reason my home sold the first day on the market . Miracle worker! I don’t know how Marcia makes it all happen, but she gets it done. I can’t imagine a tougher client. Marcia had to deal with my highly contentious divorce, disagreements over the sale of the marital property, juggling tenants who made showing the home a challenge, dealing with multiple hurricanes, coordinating property maintenance and upgrades...all while I was in a completely different state and unable to help much at all. Buying and selling a home can be a daunting experience. Fortunately for us, we did both for the first time with Marcia. As a military family, we were under a time crunch and unique circumstances in both instances. Marcia has experience working with military and extensive knowledge about the Emerald Coast real estate market. She‘s always personable and professional. All I can say is WOW! Working with Marcia Ann Monti made life simple. I live out of state and had set up an appt. with another realtor. We used Marcia Monti with Keller Williams Realty to sell our home in Gulf Breeze, Fl and she was outstanding. Before choosing a real estate agent, we conducted a lot of research to see who would be the best choice based on the investment they make into selling the property (time and effort, not necessarily financially) and how they promote their listings. The Monti Group at Keller Williams Real Estate in Navarre stood out as the best the area has to offer. We spoke with Marcia and then met with her at our home. She spent time answering our questions, providing objective data regarding how many homes they sell, how long their listings typically stay on the market, and providing tons of info on comps in the area. Marcia made the process incredibly easy and took extra steps many other Realtors don't (but should), like her team Dave Leutwyler and Beth Erb came and familiarized themselves with the property and give us staging tips, having professional photographs taken, and a lot more. When we saw our listing we were blown away. Their hard work and knowledge of what it takes to sell a home really paid off - our listing looked amazing. Dave went above and beyond from making sure lights were turned on and off when we were out of town and there was a viewing to taking packages inside and letting workers in the house. After the house went under contract Beth made sure we were prepared for the closing process and that we had contacted all the utility companies to cancel services.
